As you likely already know, when you close the last window for an app within Windows, the app itself is also closed. With Summit this doesn't have to be the case and when you close the last meeting window, you can choose to return to the QuickStart window, Meeting Organizer window or simply close out Summit entirely. Set your own preference within the After last meeting closes option within Summit's Settings.
If you're a Mac user, then you will not see this option in the Settings. Instead Summit functions like most other macOS apps where you can keep an app running even after closing all the windows. And similarly, when you're ready to exit Summit entirely, simply go to the Summit app menu beside the menu and select the Quit Summit menu.
