an Action Required?


What exactly is an Action Required? It's essentially the same thing as what is more commonly called an Action Item and is a task assigned to someone to complete with a due date. This term was originally coined by Andy Grove of Intel.

Some might try to call them tasks while others might think of them as to-dos. An action required is much more, with further requirements beyond the norm but also with much better results.

Actions required are powerful tools in the arsenal of business professionals driven to succeed. There's much more to know about them including their various components.
