Job Items, or the mini-jobs that make an overall customer order, are at the heart of Sherpa. Each job item has it's own workflow and schedule so that you can work on each item independently when needed.
4. Track Artwork Progress
Use the Artwork tab to track all the art for a job. Swap out art as needed until you reach a final. The process can't proceed until all artwork is approved and ready to go.
5. Keep Track of Placement
The Decoration tab is where you assign artwork to common placements and keep everything in order. Use the artwork preview to confirm the correct artwork, especially when customers provide seemingly random filenames.
6. Detailed Pricing
Sherpa allows you to have detailed pricing, to mirror the precise things you want to charge for and those that you don't. Don't stumble over all the complex math and instead let Sherpa lend you a hand in determining a job's pricing.
7. Comprehensive Settings
Use Sherpa's comprehensive set of Settings to eliminate repeatedly typing the same information into every order.
8. Customer Portal
With Sherpa you get a custom order URL for your shop including varous branding options. Send your brokers and customers to the URL and their orders will automatically be emailed directly to you when submitted.
9. Orders On-the-Go
The customer order portal is mobile ready so your customers and brokers can submit orders on-the-go from their smart phones.
10. Magically Effortless
Seamlessly pick up where the customer left off. Once the email order comes in, double click the Sherpa attachment to have all the order information added to a new job including attached artwork, purchase orders, decoration placement and other important details.
