This week I'm going to mix things up a bit. In lieu of a standard written blog post about meetings, I wanted to provide something in a different format. Not everyone easily digests information via prose, so moving ahead I'm going to begin intermittently providing effective meeting content in a more visual format.
The first is a cheat sheet of sorts on the various meeting roles. The Meeting Roles free resource can be handy when crafting your agenda or even as a quick reference while in a meeting until they are committed to memory. Share with your colleagues or print out and post in your conference rooms for a quick reference for all meeting attendees. Or use it as a roadmap to help you determine which roles you need within each of your meetings.
And if you're a Summit user, the roles and icons on this resource will directly correspond to the various controls and interfaces within the app. Use this as yet one more resource to accelerate your usage of Summit to boost your productivity and improve your meeting acumen.
